  • Uncooked Sticky Rice

DirectionsEdit

  1. Heat a dry cast iron pan over low heat
  2. Spread a single layer or rice on the bottom
  3. Stir frequently until evenly brown (about 20 minutes)
  4. Remove rice from the pan and allow to cool thoroughly (don't cool in the pan- the rice will burn)
  5. Use a spice/coffee grinder to grind the rice to a coarse powder
